Refund policy
At Anisha Skin Care, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Our products are available for store pickup only. We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time.
Store Pickup
All orders placed through our website are prepared for pickup at our store located at 1650 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Customers will receive confirmation when their order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.
Returns
We accept eligible returns for unused and unopened skincare products within 14 days of purchase. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were purchased.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged skincare products generally cannot be returned unless the product was defective or incorrect when purchased.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for a refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product at pickup, please notify us as soon as possible. We may request photos or other information to help us review the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may not be eligible for return after they have been opened or used because of hygiene and product-safety considerations. Gift cards and products specifically identified as non-returnable are also not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
Eligible unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, subject to product availability. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may process an eligible refund instead.
